- 03Car wash tunnels dosing concentrates from bulk
Controlled transfers from drums and pails without lifting, splashing, or guesswork.
Tipping a 55-gal drum to pour into a 5-gal pail is slow, sloppy, and risky. Open-pour methods spike spill incidents, chew up PPE, and leave operators guessing at volume. You lose product to overpour, you lose time to cleanup, and you inherit back strain and splash hazards you never needed in the first place.
The SaraWest Siphon Pump brings control to bulk dispensing. Spec’d for compatible cleaners, oils, mild acids, and water-based chemistries, it delivers a steady, gravity-assisted flow without pressurizing containers. That means fewer aerosolized vapors, tighter batch make-up, and less waste. We design around real shop conditions - simple priming, durable tubing, and clamps you can service on-site - so your crew keeps moving instead of wrestling drums.
Built, branded, and QC’d in Pampa, Texas, this tool reflects four decades of formulation work where accurate dosing matters. We pair the hardware with the chemistry knowledge to guide compatibility and use. White-label it with your brand, documentation, and training assets, and put a practical, safer dispensing solution in your customers’ hands without adding complexity to your line.
- Gravity-assisted siphon design delivers steady flow without pressurizing containers.
- Broad chemical compatibility: cleaners, oils, mild acids, and water-based concentrates.
- Reduces splash risk and overpour waste compared to open-pour dispensing methods.
- Field-serviceable construction with straightforward priming, tubing, and clamp components.
- Eliminates drum tilting and reduces ergonomic strain for one-person transfers.
- White-label ready: custom branding, documentation, and training assets for your customers.
Preparation: Verify chemical compatibility with the pump materials. Position the receiving container below the source liquid level. Secure drums or pails on stable ground. Follow the chemical’s SDS for PPE. Recommended operating temperature is 40–120°F for most water-based products and oils.
Operation: Insert the intake tube into the source container and seat any bung or cap adapter if used. Prime per the pump design until flow starts, and keep the outlet below the liquid level to maintain siphon. Control flow with the included clamp or valve and avoid kinks in the line. Do not pressurize containers.
After use: Stop flow, drain the line, and flush with clean water or a compatible rinse fluid. Do not use with strong solvents, fuels, or strong oxidizers. Store dry. If dilution is required for the product being dispensed, perform it in the receiving container per that product’s TDS. No dwell is required - allow lines to drain fully before storage.
- Fewer spill cleanups per shift versus open-pour drums and pails
- Shorter fill time per 5-gal pail compared to manual tilting
- Lower product loss from overpour and splash during transfers
- Reduced ergonomic strain events from drum tipping and lifting
- More consistent batch make-up via controlled, repeatable dispensing
