Breaks bonded road film fast and rinses clean in hard water.
Road film doesn’t care what you run - tractors, day cabs, coaches, or forklifts. It’s a bonded mix of diesel soot, oil mist, and dust that laughs at general-purpose soaps. Operators fight short dwell windows, mixed substrates, hard water, and busy bays. Too much foam chokes reclaim. Too much caustic chews aluminum and decals. And every rewash burns time you don’t have.
Vehicle Wash Eco is a concentrated surfactant–emulsifier system built to unseat petroleum-bound soils and static road film quickly. It loads soils fast, holds them for brush assist, then releases clean under pressure. Chelation handles mineral hardness, so you rinse streak-free. Low foam under high pressure, controlled foam for brush work, and stable performance with warm water. Aluminum-safe when diluted, non-NPE, phosphate-free, and built with biodegradable surfactants.
Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, we back every batch with QC and lot traceability. Ship in 1.3 gal, 5 gal, 55-gal drums, or 275-gal IBCs. White-label it with your brand, or let us tailor color and viscosity for your system. Factory-direct chemistry, private label or contract-made, without the layers of markup.
- Targets petroleum-bound film with solvency plus optimized surfactants for fast release.
- Hard-water tolerant chelation reduces spotting and rewash in mineral-rich regions.
- Low-caustic, aluminum-safe dilution protects polished surfaces, decals, and brightwork.
- Works in brush bays, foamers, tunnels, and high-pressure rinse cycles.
- Concentrated; effective at 0.5–5% on-vehicle for variable soils and seasons.
- NPE- and phosphate-free; compatible with most reclaim and separator systems.
Pre-rinse to remove loose soil. Apply Vehicle Wash Eco via foamer, brush, or arch.
Dilution: Light soil 1:100 (about 1.3 oz per gal). Medium soil 1:50 (about 2.6 oz per gal). Heavy grease/film 1:20 (about 6.4 oz per gal). For tunnels, target 0.5–1.5% on-vehicle; up to 3% for severe buildup.
Use warm water for best results: 100–130°F. Allow 2–4 minutes dwell time. Keep surfaces wet; do not allow to dry. Agitate with a soft brush on stubborn areas.
Rinse thoroughly with high pressure (1,200–2,500 psi) from bottom up, then top down. Safe on painted surfaces, clear coats, aluminum, rubber, and vinyl when properly diluted. Test on polished aluminum and wrap films in an inconspicuous area before full use.
- Removes bonded road film and diesel soot in a single pass with warm water.
- Cuts brush contact time by 20–40% versus general-purpose soaps.
- Uses 2–6 oz concentrate per vehicle at recommended dilutions.
- Rinses streak-free in water up to 200 ppm hardness.
- Reduces rewash rates by up to 50% in mixed fleets.
- Maintains aluminum luster without white bloom when used as directed.
Factory-direct knocks out distributor layers and the guesswork that comes with them. You get purpose-built chemistry, not a relabeled household soap, and the formulation depth to handle petroleum-bound film without tearing up finishes. We blend and fill in Pampa, Texas, with tight QC, batch records, and repeatability across drums and IBCs. Private label or contract manufacturing stays simple - short lines of communication, predictable lead times, and a partner who understands fleets, tunnels, and brush bays.
