Fast-drying, streak-free glass cleaner built for fleets and job sites.
Glass looks simple until it steals time. Streaks under shop lights, haze from cheap solvents, smeared bug guts on windshields, and re-wipes that chew up labor. Construction punch lists drag because the final pass leaves film. In tunnels, a slow-drying cleaner stalls throughput. Operators need a glass wash that cuts light soil fast, clears insects and residue, and finishes clean without babying the surface or chasing drips.
Glass Wash Pro is an ammonia-free, VOC-compliant blend of solvent carriers and low-residue surfactants that lifts light dirt, insects, and post-chemical residue, then flashes off on schedule. It wets evenly, breaks surface tension, and releases with a single microfiber or squeegee pass. No silicone, no dye build, and no film that fights tape or coatings. Balanced evaporation gives a workable wipe window, then leaves clear, inspection-grade glass on windows, windshields, and exterior architectural glass.
Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, this is contract manufacturing, not commodity rebottling. Forty years of formulation and scale-up means consistent batches, locked specs, and dependable lead times. Ship it under your brand - private label with your artwork, color, and scent options - or run it as contract fill in 25 oz, 33.8 oz, 1.3 gal, and 5 gal formats. Built for operators, ready for white-label.
- Ammonia-free, tint-safe formula that won’t haze films or coated glass.
- Fast flash-off with a workable wipe window for low rework rates.
- Low-residue surfactants leave glass inspection-ready under bright shop lights.
- Consistent performance in fleet bays, tunnels, and post-construction cleanup.
- VOC-compliant blend with professional wetting and easy squeegee glide.
Use as supplied. For spray bottles, apply a light, even mist to cool glass. Allow 15–30 seconds of dwell on light bug residue or road film. Wipe with a clean microfiber or lint-free towel. Flip to a dry side, or use a squeegee for the final pass and edges.
For metered sprayers or tunnels, product may be diluted up to 1:4 with softened water to control cost and flash time. Do not exceed 1:4. Test dilution for local water hardness and ambient conditions.
Best results between 40–110°F surface temperature. Avoid hot glass and direct sun where possible; cool the surface first. Pre-rinse heavy grit to prevent scratching. Rotate towels frequently to prevent drag. Store sealed between 40–100°F.
- Flash-dries in under 60 seconds at 70°F and 50% RH.
- Removes light bug residue after 15–30 second dwell in 1–2 passes.
- Typical coverage of 800–1,200 sq ft per gallon on non-porous glass.
- Leaves a streak-free, inspection-ready finish under LED shop lighting.
- No film that interferes with tape adhesion or coating application.
