Typical use cases
- 01Tunnel operators upselling premium packages
- 02In-bay automatics needing reliable show
- 03Self-serve bays with coin or card
Three-color foam that proves the upsell and leaves paint slick and bright.
Operators pay for a foam show, then watch weak color, thin body, and slow rinse turn “premium” into theater only. Tips clog, draw varies by season and water quality, and the post-rinse looks no better than a basic wash. When the chemistry doesn’t add shine or slip, customers notice. Take-rates stall. Chemical spend climbs while the experience and finish don’t back it up.
SaraWest TriGloss fixes that. We built a dense, stable triple foam that carries cationic gloss polymers for light polishing and fast water break. The dyes pop without staining equipment. Foam body holds on brushes without collapsing; then it releases clean, leaving a slick, brighter surface. pH-balanced, hard-water tolerant, and consistent through a wide temperature range, TriGloss tunes easily in hydrominders and injectors, won’t gum tips, and plays well across friction tunnels, in-bay automatics, and self-serve.
Made in our 30,000 sq ft facility in Pampa, Texas, every batch is QC-checked for color strength, viscosity, and actives. With nearly 40 years of formulation behind it, TriGloss is built for operators, not showrooms. White-label options include your colors, scent profile, and label art, with pails or drums per color. Keep your brand front and center; we’ll stay in the background and ship it right.
- Dense, high-visibility foam show with cationic polymers for real gloss lift.
- Fast, clean release that reduces rinse time and water use per vehicle.
- Hard-water tolerant and pH-balanced to protect equipment and finishes.
- Stable viscosity for predictable draw through hydrominders and injectors.
- Non-staining dye system engineered for tunnels, IBAs, and self-serve bays.
Friction tunnels and in-bay automatics: Feed TriGloss concentrate to foam applicators via hydrominder or injector. Start at 96:1-128:1 (1.0-1.3 oz/gal draw) and adjust for desired color density and runoff. Apply after primary wash and before final rinse or sealant.
Self-serve: Set dilution at 64:1-96:1 for clear visual impact with controlled runoff. Use dedicated lines for each color.
Dwell: 20-45 seconds contact. Do not allow to dry on surface. Rinse thoroughly before any sealant or drying agent.
Water and temperature: Performs from 40-120°F. Softer water improves color and gloss; if hardness exceeds 15 gpg, increase product slightly or soften feed water. Avoid mixing in tanks with strong anionic detergents; use separate lines to prevent precipitation.
Equipment: Purge lines when switching colors. Keep tips and screens clean; product is designed to resist gumming under normal maintenance.
- Premium package take-rate increase of 5-15% within 60 days
- Foam curtain density gain of 25-40% at comparable draw
- Rinse time reduction of 10-20% versus prior triple foam
- Per-car chemical use trimmed by 8-12% after tuning
- Measured gloss improvement of approximately +2-4 gloss units
