    Typical use cases

    • 01Express tunnel operators targeting faster dryer throughput
    • 02In-bay automatics needing a clear coat arch upgrade
    • 03Fleet wash programs reducing labor at the dry stage

Snap-beading, dryer-friendly clear coat protection for faster turns and better shine.

Operators fight two things at exit: water that won’t break and cars that don’t look finished. Slow blowdowns burn kWh and time, towels add labor and risk micro-marring, and customers judge the wash on that last 30 seconds. When beading is weak, you get spotting, callbacks, and a softer ticket.

ClearCoat Guard is a concentrated post-wash protectant built to change the surface fast. Our cationic polymer blend lays down a slick, hydrophobic film that snaps water off panels so blowers work easier and towels touch less. It’s low-foam, hard-water tolerant, and compatible with modern wash chemistry - including ceramic programs - so you can run it as a clear coat arch, a drying aid, or as a premium upsell layer without fouling the bay.

Made in Pampa, Texas, ClearCoat Guard comes out of a 30,000 sq ft facility with four decades of formulation experience. We build consistent batches, back them with real data, and ship in pails, drums, and totes. White-label ready with your brand, your fragrance/color spec, and your documentation - no distributor markup in the middle.

    • Fast hydrophobe formation for quicker blowdown and fewer towel touches
    • Low-foam, hard-water tolerant formula reduces spotting in challenging municipal feeds
    • Cationic polymer system compatible with ceramic, sealant, and wax programs
    • Concentrated for low cost-per-car at tunnel and in-bay injection ratios
    • Rinse-optional performance; optimized for forced-air dry in express tunnels

Express tunnel operators targeting faster dryer throughput
In-bay automatics needing a clear coat arch upgrade
Fleet wash programs reducing labor at the dry stage
Detail shops using a low-foam drying aid
Private-label car wash brands expanding premium tiers

For tunnels: Apply post-wash, after final rinse, via low-pressure arch or rain bar. Inject concentrate at 300-800:1 depending on water quality and desired effect. Target 1-2 oz of concentrate per vehicle as a starting point. Allow 15-45 seconds contact; do not allow to dry on hot panels. Proceed directly to forced-air drying. In very hard water, an RO spot-free mist before blowers may further reduce spotting.

For in-bay automatics or hand application: Dilute 1:128-1:256 in a pump sprayer. Apply evenly to clean, wet panels after rinse. Allow brief sheet/break, then blow dry or lightly rinse with spot-free water before drying.

Temperature: Use between 40-120°F panel temperature. In hot sun, lower concentration and shorten dwell. Adjust ratios based on blower performance, water hardness, and finish goals.

    • Reduce dryer dwell time by 5-10 seconds per vehicle
    • Cut manual drying by 1-2 towel touches per car
    • Improve beading uniformity by 30-50% across panels
    • Lower post-dry spotting complaints by 20-40% in hard water
    • Increase 60° gloss readings by 3-7 GU on typical clear coats

Factory-direct means you stop paying layered distributor margins for commodity protectants.
