Customers still ask for a “wax” that looks warm and beads hard. Operators know the reality: many carnauba finishes streak in hard water, foam too much under air, or wash off before the dryers do their job. The result is longer blower time, spot callbacks, and chemical waste when you chase performance with more product.
GoldWax Carnauba Finish solves that. We blended high-solids carnauba with modern polymers and a cationic carrier to lay down a tight, hydrophobic film that breaks water fast with low foam. It’s pH-neutral, hard-water tolerant, and stable across hot or cold operations. The film loads evenly at 0.5-1.0 oz per vehicle, resists rinse-off, and plays clean with reclaim. Compatible with tunnel arches, in-bay manifolds, and self-serve injectors. Standard neutral dye and a light, clean fragrance; silicone-free option available.

Tunnels: Apply after final rinse via wax/sealant arch or low-pressure manifold. Target 0.5-1.0 oz per vehicle delivered. Typical dilution 1:64-1:128 depending on water hardness and applicator flow. Allow 15-45 seconds dwell before blowers. Do not follow with RO spot-free; dry immediately for best film set.
In-bay automatics and self-serve: Inject at 1:100-1:200 for a visible, fast-breaking layer. Use warm water (50-120°F) for consistent metering. Avoid mixing through lines that carry strong anionic detergents; use a dedicated manifold after rinse.
General: Store 40-100°F. Keep from freezing. For hard water (>10 gpg), start richer and dial back to the lowest ounce-per-car that maintains even beading. Compatible with reclaim systems; adjust air knives to exploit rapid bead-off.
