    Typical use cases

    • 01Express exterior tunnels chasing visible upsell value
    • 02In-bay automatics needing a quick ceramic top-coat
    • 03Dealership and rental wash bays

Top-tier beading and faster dry times that make premium packages obvious.

Premium packages are hard to sell when results aren’t visible or repeatable. If your “sealant” sheens instead of beads, blowers work longer, line speed slows, and spotting claims creep in. Seasonal water swings, hard-water minerals, and inconsistent chemistries turn a top-coat into a guess. Operators need a ceramic-style finish that shows up, rinses clean, and works the same in January as it does in July.

CeramicShield solves the top-coat problem with a SiO2‑enhanced polymer network tuned for tunnels and in-bay automatics. It bonds to wet clearcoat, flashes fast, and leaves a tight-bead, low-friction surface that sheds water under air - without filming glass or loading dryers. The formula resists hard‑water interference, runs clean in low or high pressure, and stays stable in proportioners. Dial it to 1:200-1:300 on-vehicle for final arches or 1:120-1:160 when you need extra pop on short programs.

Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, CeramicShield is built on nearly 40 years of wash chemistry expertise and batch-by-batch QC. We white-label for operators and brands who want their own top-coat hero: custom color, scent, viscosity, and packaging, with compliant labels and documentation. One product. Your badge. Texas-made performance.

    • SiO2-enhanced polymers lock down tight beading and fast water release.
    • Hard-water tolerant; rinses clean without glass haze or rainbowing.
    • Flashes quickly to cut blower time and reduce residual moisture.
    • Runs consistent across tunnels and IBAs; stable in proportioners.
    • Low-foam, low-residue finish; no interference with drying agents.
    • Built for white-label: tunable color, scent, and viscosity.

Tunnel final top-coat: Plumb to a dedicated low-pressure arch or foam manifold. Target on-vehicle dilution of 1:200-1:300 for most sites. For shorter packages or dramatic visual, run 1:120-1:160. Apply to a wet vehicle as the last chemical step. Allow 15-30 seconds of contact. Proceed directly to blowers, or follow with a light spot-free rinse if your program requires it.

In-bay automatic: Inject via proportioner to deliver 1:200-1:300 on-vehicle. Apply uniformly over the wet surface. Allow 15-30 seconds, then dry. For high-pressure application, increase concentration toward 1:120 to maintain coverage.

Environmental and equipment guidance: Operate with panel temperatures between 40-120°F. Do not apply to dry, hot panels. Use a dedicated line; do not co-inject with strong alkaline or acid products. Compatible with RO and hard water; RO final rinse yields the tightest bead and fastest dry. Protect product from freezing and extreme heat.

    • 15-30% faster moisture reduction under blowers versus standard sealants
    • Sustained hydrophobics for 2-4 weeks under typical driving conditions
    • Water beading contact angle ≥105° on clearcoat surfaces
    • Up to 25% fewer post-dry touch-ups or drip line callbacks
    • Measured gloss increase of 10-20 gloss units on properly cleaned paint
