Typical use cases
- 01Express exterior tunnels upgrading mid-tier packages
- 02In-bay automatics with triple-foam manifolds
- 03Multi-site operators standardizing chemical menus
High-show triple foam that conditions, clings, and upsells without heavy draw.
Operators pay for foam arches that underperform. Colors wash out, scent fades, and coverage gets patchy when water conditions change. You wind up chasing draw settings, scrubbing stained bay walls, and fielding complaints when the premium package doesn’t look premium. Worse, some conditioners interfere with your sealant or ceramic stage, leaving spotting or drag on dryers and real dollars on the table.
TriColor Foam Conditioner is SaraWest’s answer: a dense, air-activated conditioner that holds a rich red/yellow/blue show with consistent cling and a clean rinse. Built on balanced amphoteric/cationic chemistry, it lays down lubricity for the wipe-free phase while staying friendly to polymer sealants and ceramic toppers. High dye load, low carryover, and a stable fragrance system keep the package sensory-forward without over-titration. The concentrate is shear-thinning to pull evenly through foamers and hydrominders in cold or warm feed water.
Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, by a team with 40 years of formulation experience. We white-label at scale - your colors, scent profile, viscosity, and label - delivered in pails or drums under your brand with clean documentation and repeatable batch control.
- High dye load and stable fragrance deliver a premium “show” at lower draw.
- pH-balanced conditioner compatible with polymer sealants and ceramic toppers.
- Shear-thinning concentrate foams fast through air-injected arches and guns.
- Low-stain dye system reduces bay wall cleanup and nozzle fouling.
- Performs in hard water and cold feed without losing cling or coverage.
Tunnel arches (triple-foam): Start at 1:64-1:128 through hydrominder/eductor. Target 0.5-2.0 oz of concentrate per vehicle depending on desired show. Use air injection to build body; adjust solution and air to achieve uniform, creamy cones. Allow 20-45 seconds dwell before fresh water rinse, then apply sealant or ceramic. Works with feed water at 40-120°F. In hard water, increase draw 10-15% to maintain cling.
In-bay automatic/self-serve: Meter at 1:64-1:96 through foam gun or manifold with air assist. Aim for full panel coverage without runoff. Dwell 20-45 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid applying to panels above 140°F. Do not co-inject with strong anionic presoak in the same line.
General: Safe on clear coat, wraps, PPF, and coatings when used as directed. Rinse equipment after prolonged shutdowns. Keep red, yellow, and blue channels isolated to prevent color crossover.
- 0.5-2.0 oz per vehicle average draw while maintaining full visual coverage
- 20-45 seconds of stable cling in typical tunnel pressures
- 3 defined color channels with minimal bleed and consistent saturation
- ±5% titration stability across seasonal water temperature changes
- Reduced bay staining and nozzle cleanup frequency by 30-50%
