- 03Facilities with water recycling loops
Stops reclaim stink fast in hot, high‑throughput wash operations.
Customers don’t complain about shine - they complain about smell. In summer heat, reclaim tanks, pits, and trench drains can turn sour in hours. Anaerobic water pushes sulfur and amine odors into the tunnel and vacuum area, beating up staff and driving bad reviews. High-volume days only make it worse: more soils, more heat, more odor.
ReclaimFresh is our non-foaming odor control built for hot climates and heavy throughput. It targets the compounds that make reclaim reek and keeps them bound up, even in high-solids, low-oxygen water. It stays effective through recirculation, shear, and the detergent load you already run. Doses are predictable, recovery is fast, and it won’t blow up your foam profile. When used as directed, it plays well with biological reclaim programs.
Made in Pampa, Texas, in our 30,000 sq ft facility with nearly 40 years of formulation discipline. We ship factory-direct in pails and drums, or build it under your label with your specs. Color, scent profile, and dosing language can be tuned to your program so your brand owns the odor win, not your distributor.
- Heat-stable, non-foaming formula built for summer tunnel temperatures.
- Rapid knockdown of sulfur and amine odor pathways in anaerobic water.
- Persists through circulation and shear; predictable daily maintenance dosing.
- Compatible with most biological reclaim systems when used as directed.
- Hard-water tolerant; won’t fight your tunnel detergents or separators.
- Factory-direct support, private-label ready without distributor padding.
Shock treatment: For heavy odor, dose 1-2 gallons per 1,000 gallons of reclaim water. Add directly to the first pit or reclaim tank at close, with pumps circulating for 30-60 minutes, then allow overnight contact.
Maintenance: Dose 8-16 ounces per 1,000 gallons of reclaim water once daily (or 3-5 times per week) based on throughput, temperature, and odor load. After heavy rain or unusually dirty days, add an extra maintenance dose.
Trench drains: For localized drain odor, apply 8-16 ounces per 100 feet of drain run. Reapply as needed.
Temperature and system guidance: Effective from 40-140°F reclaim water. If your system uses ozone/UV, dose upstream of the contactor during off-cycle or after the oxidizer run. Do not mix directly with strong oxidizers or bleach. If using biological reclaim, start at the low end of the range and increase gradually while monitoring odor and water clarity. Store closed between 40-120°F.
- Noticeable odor reduction within 2-4 hours of shock treatment
- 70-90% drop in perceived malodor within 24 hours at target dose
- Fewer odor-related customer and staff complaints week over week
- Extended reuse window before pit cleanouts or water dumps
- Stable tunnel environment at 100-120°F summer water temperatures
