Strip mineral scale, foam film, and grime from tunnels without killing crew time
Foam scum, mineral bloom, and algae don’t sell washes. They telegraph neglect, stain FRP panels, slick bay floors, and slow crews to a crawl. Most shops fight it with harsh acids or hot alkaline brews that gas off, chew metals, and still need a stiff brush. Week after week, you burn hours on walls and equipment instead of moving cars. Tunnels close early for cleanouts. Floors stay slick. Reclaim foams. Your team hates the job and it shows in the shine of the site.
BayBright is an inhibited acid system with high-wetting surfactants and chelants built for car wash surfaces. It breaks the calcium-soap film that glues grime to FRP, tile, sealed concrete, and stainless. It wets and clings, so soils release without aggressive scrubbing, then rinses fast and clean with low foam. Used through a low-pressure sprayer or foamer, BayBright knocks down mineral scale, soap residue, and green growth in one service cycle. Concentrated for economical use, it performs at 1:4 on heavy reclaim film down to 1:20 for maintenance.
Every batch is blended and QC-checked in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas. Four decades of formulation and contract manufacturing means repeatable drums and pails that hit spec. Put BayBright to work under your brand. We private label, color and scent match, and align documentation so your buyers see a professional program, not just another wall acid.
- Inhibited acid blend with chelants breaks mineral‑soap film fast at low dilution.
- Vertical cling package stays put on FRP and tile, reducing brush labor.
- Rinses clean with low foam, minimizing impact on reclaim systems.
- Lower odor than straight muriatic, better for enclosed bays and tunnels.
- Built for contract use: consistent drums and pails, US-made QC.
- High-strength concentrate controls site cost without sacrificing speed.
Pre-rinse to remove loose soils and cool surfaces. Pre-wet sensitive adjacent metals. Mix BayBright with water per soil load: 1:4 for heavy mineral/soap film, 1:8-1:12 for routine tunnel cleanouts, 1:16-1:20 for maintenance wipes.
Apply bottom-up using a low-pressure sprayer or foamer. Allow 2-5 minutes dwell. Do not let product dry. Agitate stubborn areas with a soft brush if needed. Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water until runoff is clear.
Use between 40-100°F ambient. Avoid hot surfaces above 120°F and direct sun; shorten dwell in warm conditions. Do not mix with bleach or chlorinated products. Avoid use on uncoated aluminum, zinc, magnesium, natural stone (marble/limestone), or polished decorative metals. Test in an inconspicuous area and keep glass contact brief; rinse immediately.
- Cuts wall and bay cleanout time by 25-40% vs commodity acids.
- Effective at 1:10-1:20, lowering chemical cost per bay by 15-30%.
- Reduces scrubbing passes from 3-4 to 1-2 on typical buildup.
- Lowers downstream foaming at reclaim by 20-35% after proper rinse.
- Restores uniform panel brightness across a full service cycle.
You’re paying for distributor layers, not better chemistry. We blend BayBright in Pampa, Texas and ship factory-direct, so you capture margin and get tighter QC. Our inhibited acid system with wetters and chelants is purpose-built for car wash soils, not a rebadged pool acid. You get consistent drums and pails, predictable dilutions, and documentation that helps your crews move faster. Private label it and put your margin where it belongs.
