Surface prep: Clean substrate to bare mineral, removing dirt, efflorescence, oils, sealers, and coatings. Allow to dry fully - typically 24 hours after washing. Mask glass, metals, and adjacent surfaces. Always test a small area for penetration and appearance.
Application: Use as supplied - do not dilute. Apply a uniform flood coat by low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush from the bottom up, maintaining a wet edge. Saturate the surface to refusal and let it absorb for 5–10 minutes. On very porous masonry, apply a second light pass wet-on-wet before the first coat dries. Wipe or back-roll any puddles or runs to prevent residue.
Conditions: Apply when air and surface are 40–90°F. Avoid windy conditions and direct midday sun where possible. Protect from rain for 4–6 hours; rain-safe typically within 2–4 hours at 70°F and 50% RH. Do not apply to painted, sealed, or glazed surfaces. Cleanup with water.
