Shock treatment: For active foam in reclaim tanks or pits, add 4-8 oz per 1,000 gallons of water directly into the foaming zone. Allow 1-3 minutes of circulation for collapse. Repeat in small increments if heavy surfactant loads persist.
Maintenance: Dose 1-3 oz per 1,000 gallons per shift or as needed to prevent re-foam. For trenches and drains, drizzle 1-2 oz across the foam surface where turbulence is highest.
Metered feed: Pre-dilute 1:4 with water to improve pumpability and feed control. Start at 0.5-2.0 oz per minute into the return line until foam stabilizes, then taper to the lowest effective rate.
Temperature and system guidance: Effective from 40-140°F. Compatible with most neutral and alkaline reclaim systems. Avoid overuse to prevent carryover into spot-free/RO units. Do not add upstream of processes where foam is required. Always evaluate in a small area before full-scale dosing.
