Deep-penetrating silane shield that blocks water and salts without changing the slab.
Traffic, freeze–thaw, and deicing brines beat up concrete. Chlorides reach rebar, scaling starts, joints ravel, and you’re scheduling patch cycles that interrupt revenue lanes. Film-formers peel, membranes blister, and moisture trapped under coatings does the damage you were trying to prevent.
Concrete Guard 100 answers with high-active silane that soaks in fast and reacts inside the pore structure. Low viscosity penetration reaches below the surface, building a hydrophobic network that sheds water and brines while remaining fully breathable. No gloss. No color shift. No trapped vapor. Two wet-on-wet passes go down quickly, and most slabs are back in service the same day, with full repellency after cure.
Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, Concrete Guard 100 leverages nearly 40 years of concrete chemistry experience and tight QC. We private-label this same backbone formula for operators who want their brand on dependable infrastructure protection - custom labels, tracer dye options, and spec-matched performance without distributor markups. Your badge. Our production discipline.
- High actives loading drives deep, fast penetration into dense concrete.
- Breathable water repellency with zero film, gloss, or darkening.
- Wet-on-wet application; most decks open to traffic within 12–24 hours.
- Meaningful chloride screening against deicing brines and coastal spray.
- Maintains skid resistance and won’t trap vapor under overlays.
Surface must be clean, dry, and absorbent. Remove curing compounds, film-forming sealers, contaminants, and patch dust. New concrete: allow minimum 28 days cure. Pressure-wash and let dry 24 hours. Mask adjacent metals, glass, and asphalt. Test a small area to confirm absorption.
Do not dilute. Apply by low-pressure sprayer with a fan tip, flooding the surface to temporary saturation. Maintain a wet sheen for 5–10 minutes. Apply a second pass wet-on-wet before the first fully soaks in. On verticals, work bottom-up to control runs. Typical coverage: 100–250 sq ft/gal depending on porosity (denser concrete uses less).
Apply when surface and air are 40–95°F, with no rain forecast for 6 hours. Avoid high wind. Dry to touch in about 1 hour. Open to foot/vehicular traffic after 12–24 hours, depending on temperature and absorbency. Full water beading typically develops within 24–72 hours. Clean equipment per SDS with appropriate solvent.
- Reduce water uptake by up to 80% after full cure.
- Cut chloride intrusion by roughly 60–80% versus untreated surfaces.
- Maintain surface friction within 5% of untreated concrete.
- Lower freeze–thaw scaling mass loss by approximately 30–50%.
- Extend re-seal intervals to 3–7 years based on exposure.
Factory-direct means your spec, your label, and your margins - without distributor layers. We formulate and fill in Pampa, TX, so actives, solvent balance, and QA aren’t guesswork. You get batch-tracked chemistry, consistent penetration, and predictable cure behavior. Buy in drums or pails, stage deliveries to your projects, and add private-label branding without requalifying an unknown blend. It’s the same team that formulates, tests, and ships - closing the loop between lab and jobsite.
