Cuts through carbonized soot and burnt grease, then rinses fast and clean.
Fire, heat, and time turn oils into carbon and kitchens into tar. After a shutdown or loss, you’re staring at baked-on soot, burnt grease, and resin that laugh at commodity detergents. Multiple passes, long dwell, and wasted media drive up labor and downtime, and aggressive blasting risks the substrate you’re trying to save.
Burnt Soot Pro answers with a solvent-boosted, high-alkaline surfactant system that wets, lifts, and emulsifies the worst residues without loading up your rinse. Controlled foam works in pressure washers, foamers, and dip tanks. Inhibitors temper the bite on ferrous metals. It rinses clean, leaving a paint-ready surface. Run it concentrated where you must, or dial from 1:1 to 1:10 as soils back off.
Made in Pampa, Texas, in our 30,000 sq ft facility with four decades of formulation and QC behind it. We fill to spec in 1.3-gal jerrycans, 5-gal pails, and 55-gal drums, palletized for industrial flow. Put it to work under your label - fast-turn white label with your artwork, or deeper contract tweaks when your application demands it.
- Alkaline-solvent blend breaks carbonized soot other degreasers leave behind.
- Low foam, high rinseability in pressure washers and reclaim systems.
- Inhibitor package helps protect ferrous metals during dwell and rinse.
- Hard-water tolerant surfactants reduce spotting and rework on masonry.
- Concentrate dials from 1:1 to 1:10 for extreme to maintenance soils.
- Clings to verticals; controlled viscosity improves dwell without running.
Pre-test on an inconspicuous area. Remove loose soot with dry vacuuming where possible. Wear appropriate PPE per SDS.
Severe soot/burnt grease: Dilute 1:1 to 1:4 with water. Apply by low-pressure sprayer, foamer, or brush. Allow 3–8 minutes dwell; do not let it dry. Agitate with a stiff brush or pad as needed.
Maintenance cleaning: Dilute 1:5 to 1:10. Allow 2–5 minutes dwell before light agitation and rinse.
Rinse: Use high-pressure hot water 140–180°F when the substrate allows. Cold water will work with added mechanical action. Collect and dispose of effluent per local regulations.
Substrate notes: Compatible with concrete, brick, tile, ferrous metals, epoxy coatings, and most OEM paints when properly diluted. Limit exposure on aluminum, galvanized, anodized, and soft metals; use 1:10 with short dwell and rinse promptly. Avoid polished stone and raw wood. Do not mix with acids or bleach.
- Removes heavy soot and burnt grease in 3–8 minutes at 1:1–1:4.
- Reduces scrubbing passes from 3+ to 1–2 on typical fire residues.
- Cuts cleaning labor time by 30–50% versus commodity degreasers.
- One 55-gal drum makes up to 275 gal at 1:4 dilution.
- Covers approximately 25,000–45,000 sq ft per drum, soil dependent.
