Cut smoke and grease fast - one pass, low foam, no film, ready to repaint.

Smoke, soot, and nicotine film don’t just look bad - they bind to surfaces, smear under cheap cleaners, and waste labor with endless second passes. Grease loads bake on, especially in kitchen, shop, and fleet environments, turning every wipe into a grind. Hot water alone won’t crack it, and high-pH hammers can haze soft metals or leave films that kill repaint adhesion. Operators need a single concentrate that breaks carbon, fats, and tar without the rework.

SaraWest Smoke and Grease Cleaner is a solvent-assisted alkaline system built for restoration and industrial maintenance. It lifts carbonized soils, protein/fat residues, and tobacco tar, then rinses clean with low foam so you see immediate progress. Dial it heavy for disaster cleanup, or stretch it for routine washdowns - same chemistry, predictable results. It works in cold water and accelerates with heat, stays manageable on sensitive surfaces when properly diluted, and doesn’t leave sticky surfactant behind.

Formulated and batch-controlled in our 30,000 sq ft Pampa, Texas plant, this cleaner reflects nearly 40 years of formulation and field feedback. We document every lot, retain samples, and build for repeatability. Ship it in 33.8 oz, 1.3 gal, 5 gal, or 55-gal drums under our label or yours. Private label options cover formula targets, dye, scent, and packaging so your brand owns the win.

    • Solvent-assisted alkaline builder system targets carbon, fats, and tar together.
    • Low-foam, free-rinsing formula speeds inspection and repaint readiness.
    • Works in cold water; accelerates noticeably with 120–160°F rinse.
    • High dilution economy without losing bite on heavy restoration soils.
    • Compatible with painted metal, masonry, tile, and most plastics when diluted.
    • Tight QC and retained samples deliver batch-to-batch consistency.

Pre-test in an inconspicuous area. Wear appropriate PPE. Remove loose dry soot with HEPA vacuum if applicable.

Dilution: Heavy smoke/grease 1:4–1:8. General soil 1:10–1:20. Light film/maintenance 1:30–1:50. For aluminum and soft metals, start at 1:20 or weaker and rinse promptly.

Application: Apply by low-pressure sprayer, pump-up foamer, mop, or brush. Wet the surface evenly without over-atomizing. Allow 3–10 minutes of dwell; do not let dry. Agitate with a brush or white pad as needed.

Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Hot water improves performance; target 120–160°F when available. For repaint prep, final-rinse until runoff is clear and residue-free. On sensitive substrates, neutralize with a mild neutral cleaner if needed, then rinse again. Repeat on extreme loads.

    • Removes soot and nicotine film in 1–2 passes at proper dilution.
    • Typical coverage 400–800 sq ft per gallon at 1:10–1:20 ratios.
    • Cuts manual scrubbing time up to 30% versus neutral detergents.
    • Breaks heavy kitchen grease within a 5–8 minute dwell window.
    • Rinses residue-free, passing a clean white-cloth wipe test.

Factory-direct means you pay for chemistry, not layers of distributor markup. Our in-house formulation bench tunes alkalinity, solvents, and surfactants for real soils, not brochure claims. Every lot is documented, QC-checked, and retained for traceability. Built and filled in Pampa, Texas, we control the supply chain - raws in, drums out - so lead times stay tight and specs stay put. Private label is straightforward: your targets, your label, our process. It’s a cleaner that performs, backed by a plant that answers.
