Neutralize sewer and waste odors in low-oxygen zones with a bioactive concentrate.
If your drains, wet wells, or enclosed utility spaces keep punching out sulfur stink, you already know sprays and perfumes just chase complaints. Oxidizers are costly, corrosive, and short-lived. Aeration isn’t always possible. In oxygen-poor zones, odor precursors keep generating hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans, chewing up concrete and metal while people demand relief.
Bio Odor Blue was built for that environment. It delivers a high-load blend of facultative, odor-targeting microbes and enzymes that stay active in low-oxygen conditions, digest organic precursors, and disrupt sulfur formation. No heavy masking fragrance. No acids. No caustics. The concentrate keeps working downstream, clinging where it’s dosed, and is compatible with traps, lift stations, and treatment systems. Fewer callouts. Less corrosion pressure. Results you can measure in the headspace, not just smell.
Formulated and filled in Pampa, Texas, Bio Odor Blue comes from a 30,000 sq ft facility with nearly 40 years of formulation experience. We control sourcing, batch QC, and consistency so your brand delivers the same performance every time. Private-label ready with fast turn, compliant labeling, and spec customization to match your routes, dosing methods, and markets.
- Operates in oxygen-poor drains and wet wells where oxidizers underperform.
- Targets hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans, neutralizing odor precursors at the source.
- Non-corrosive, sewer-safe concentrate; compatible with traps and treatment systems.
- High concentration cuts dose rates, storage space, and freight per treated gallon.
- Keeps working downstream for days with sustained biological activity on surfaces.
- Zero heavy perfumes; engineered to eliminate, not mask, industrial odor.
General: Apply during low-flow periods. Do not mix with bleach, quats, strong acids, or high-alkaline degreasers within 12 hours of dosing. Optimal activity 50–120°F. Store 40–90°F. Do not freeze.
Drains and lines: For shock treatment, dilute 1:1 to 1:4 with water. Pour 8–16 oz per problem drain, coating walls and trap. Allow 6–8 hours of dwell with minimal flow. For maintenance, dose 2–4 oz per drain at 1:4 to 1:10 dilution daily or 3x weekly.
Wet wells and sumps: Shock dose 1–2 oz per 100 gallons of retained liquid at 1:4 dilution. For maintenance, 0.5–1 oz per 100 gallons daily or as readings indicate. Apply where turbulence distributes product.
Enclosed odor sources and surfaces: Spray or foam at 1:4 to 1:10 dilution to wet organic residues and seams. Keep surfaces moist for 30–60 minutes. Reapply as needed until odor abates, then shift to maintenance.
- Noticeable odor reduction within 2–24 hours at treated sources.
- 30–70% decrease in H2S headspace readings in drains and sumps.
- 25–50% fewer odor complaints over the first 30 days.
- 20–40% reduction in spend on masking fragrances and oxidizers.
- Lower peak H2S events during maintenance dosing periods.
