    Typical use cases

    • 01Tunnel and in-bay wash prep teams
    • 02Mobile fleet washing contractors
    • 03Body shops removing tape and adhesives

Dissolves tar, asphalt, and adhesive fast without scouring your clear coat.

Every busy wash lane and fleet yard fights the same mess: asphalt speckle, road oil mist, and tape residue baked onto rockers and wheel wells. Abrasive pads chew up time and finishes. Generic solvents flash too fast, smear, and force a second pass. The result is wasted bay minutes, beat-up brushes, and callbacks during peak season.

TarLift is a high-flash, low-odor solvent system paired with a surfactant package that softens petroleum binders fast and rinses clean on pressure. It clings to vertical panels, keeps working without drying out, and breaks the bond on tar, mastic, and adhesive without disrupting OEM clear coat when used as directed. No greasy film, no gummy streaks, and no need to grind contamination into paint.

Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, TarLift reflects nearly 40 years of hands-on solvent blending and wash-chem formulation. We build it consistently, batch after batch, and we white-label it to your brand with your spec - strength, dye, label, and packaging from 32 oz through pails and bulk. Factory-direct means your name on proven chemistry, delivered without distributor layers.

    • High-flash, low-odor solvent blend clings and dissolves heavy contamination quickly.
    • Emulsifies cleanly on rinse, leaving no oily smear or film behind.
    • Safe on OEM clear coat, aluminum, and plastics when used as directed.
    • Balanced evaporation prevents dry-out during dwell, even on warm panels.
    • Cuts labor and rework by removing bonded tar in a single pass.
    • Private-label ready with solvency dialed to your brand’s performance spec.

Use TarLift as supplied. Do not dilute with water. Pre-rinse loose grit. Apply to cool surfaces out of direct sun, ideally below 120°F. Spray or wipe onto affected areas (rockers, wheel wells, bumpers). Allow 1-5 minutes of dwell based on severity. Agitate with a soft brush or towel as needed. Do not allow product to dry.

Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water. Follow with your standard pH wash to remove any remaining residue and restore uniform surface tension. For light films, shorten dwell time and reduce application volume. In colder bays below ~50°F, extend dwell or repeat application rather than scrubbing harder.

Compatibility: Safe on OEM paint, clear coat, aluminum, stainless, and most plastics when used as directed. Avoid fresh paint, uncured bodywork, porous rubber, or unsealed decals and wraps - test a small, inconspicuous area and limit dwell on sensitive substrates.

    • 30-60% faster contaminant removal versus abrasion-first methods in prep lanes.
    • 90%+ tar and adhesive release on first pass when used neat and rinsed.
    • Up to 50% reduction in abrasive pad and towel consumption per month.
    • 35% fewer rewash or spot-return events during peak road oil periods.
    • Increase tunnel throughput by 2-4 vehicles per hour in tar season.

Factory-direct from Pampa, Texas means fewer layers, tighter QC, and a formula tuned for real-world prep lanes - not rebottled commodity solvent. We blend the solvency, flash point, and rinse package for performance on OEM finishes, then label it to your brand with documentation that holds up. No distributor markup, no waiting on repack schedules. You get consistent chemistry, faster turns, and the flexibility to scale from cases to bulk without changing what’s in the drum.
