Dissolves bonded brake dust fast - neutral pH, acid-free, operator-proof results.

Hot brakes weld iron to wheels and lower panels. Acid wheel cleaners are harsh, inconsistent, and risky on modern clear coats. Brushes burn labor minutes, tunnel lines back up, and rework eats margin. If your team is juggling dwell times, surface sensitivity, and odor complaints while still chasing purple runoff that won’t finish the job, you’re paying twice: once in chemistry and again in time.

BrakeDust Dissolver is a buffered iron-reactive system built for pro bays and tunnels. Its complexing agents unlock embedded ferrous particles without dropping pH into the danger zone. The concentrate clings, penetrates, and rinses clean, cutting agitation to a minimum. Safe for painted lower panels and clear-coated wheels when used as directed, it plays nice with pump sprayers, foamers, and arches. Low-odor chemistry keeps indoor bays workable and customers moving.

Formulated and filled in Pampa, Texas, inside our 30,000 sq ft plant with nearly four decades of formulation depth, every batch is QC-checked and traceable. We supply it under the SaraWest name or build your private label program with consistent, factory-direct lead times. Choose 32 oz, 1 gal, or 5 gal fills - or ask for drums - then attach your brand and margin to chemistry that performs.

Work on cool surfaces out of direct sun. Pre-rinse loose soil.

Heavy brake dust: use undiluted. Moderate soil: dilute 1:1 to 1:2 with water. Maintenance washes: dilute up to 1:4 via pump sprayer, foamer, or arch.

Apply evenly to wheels and painted lower panels. Allow 2-4 minutes of dwell; do not let dry. Agitate with a soft wheel brush on stubborn areas if needed. Rinse thoroughly with high pressure. Repeat on severe contamination.

Temperature guidance: optimum performance from 40-90°F. Reaction slows in cold; extend dwell within the 2-4 minute window. Do not apply to hot surfaces (>120°F) or in direct sun. Test in a small area on raw or polished aluminum, anodized finishes, and sensitive matte coatings before full use.

    • Remove up to 90% embedded ferrous contamination in a single pass.
    • Reduce average wheel dwell time to 2-3 minutes from 5+ minutes.
    • Cut brush strokes per wheel by 30-50% on typical daily drivers.
    • Lower acid wheel cleaner usage by 50% or more where replaced.
    • Decrease rewash rates on wheels and lower panels by 20-30%.

You’re paying for chemistry and distribution. We remove the second one. Buying factory-direct from Pampa, Texas means tighter control, faster turns, and no distributor markup. Our team has nearly 40 years in formulation, so you get a dialed-in iron remover that performs the same every batch, with QC and traceability to back it up. We fill to your spec, label it your way, and ship on your schedule - so your margin rides on real chemistry, not middlemen.
