High-solids loads deliver low draw rates. Viscosity is held tight for predictable proportioning. Options include winter-grade solvency, corrosion inhibitors for equipment, and free-rinse polymers. We fill private-label drums and IBC totes that run the same on Monday as they do on month twelve.

Store sealed drums/totes indoors above 40°F. Agitate or recirculate bulk before first use. Connect pickup to proportioner or injection pump with dedicated lines per product. Use EPDM/Viton-compatible seals. Do not cross-connect acids and alkalines.
Touchless/Presoak: Start 1:40-1:100 depending on soil and water hardness. Apply bottom-up for even coverage. Dwell 30-60 seconds; do not let dry. Rinse high pressure 1,200-2,000 psi with 100-120°F water.
Two-Step: Step 1 acid at 1:60-1:120 for 20-30 seconds, then Step 2 alkaline at 1:40-1:80 for 30-60 seconds. Immediate high-pressure rinse. Adjust ratios to hit target titration per TDS.
Foam Brush/High-Foam Detergent: 1:64-1:128 through foamers. Degreaser/Heavy Equipment: 1:5-1:20 with warm water (100-140°F). Always verify local titration targets and equipment draw; fine-tune for climate and soil load. Review SDS/TDS before use and wear appropriate PPE.
