Controlled low-pressure coverage that protects your chemistry and the surface.
Streaking, overspray, and wasted product cost time and profit. Pump-up sprayers fatigue crews and lay down uneven films. On vertical facades, that means hot spots, missed pores, and callbacks. Graffiti remover flashes too fast. Neutralizers don’t wet-out evenly. You end up chasing drips instead of moving to the next elevation.
The SaraWest Low Pressure Pro Sprayer is built around chemistry first. It delivers a stable, low-shear stream that preserves active strength while giving you precise, repeatable flow. Components are selected for broad chemical resistance so you can run facade cleaners, algae wash, graffiti removers, neutralizers, and impregnation products with confidence. Dial in coverage with controlled fan patterns to reduce atomization and drift, keep surfaces wet during dwell, and achieve uniform film thickness across large areas.
Made in Pampa, Texas, inside our 30,000 sq ft facility, this sprayer is engineered by a team with four decades of formulation and application experience. We build tools that match how our cleaners and impregnators are supposed to be applied in the field. White-label ready with your branding, documentation, and kit configuration so your line looks consistent and your crews work faster.
- Low-shear, controlled flow protects actives and prevents premature flash-off.
- Chemical-resistant wet end for acids, alkalines, and neutralizers used onsite.
- Consistent fan pattern reduces overspray, drift, and streaking on vertical surfaces.
- Field-serviceable design with quick rinse-out to change chemistries fast.
- Optimized for large-area coverage with repeatable, operator-friendly control.
Select the appropriate tip for the chemistry and target surface. Mix the product per its label in a chemical-safe reservoir or tank. Typical facade cleaners run 1:4 to 1:10 with water; neutralizers often 1:4 to 1:8. Always follow the chemical manufacturer’s directions.
Apply from the bottom up on verticals to prevent streaking. Use low, even passes to create a uniform film without atomizing. Target dwell per product instructions; common ranges are 5–15 minutes. Do not let the surface dry during dwell. Work within 40–90°F ambient and on cool-to-the-touch substrates for best results.
Rinse or remove per the chemical’s guidance. When switching chemistries, flush the sprayer thoroughly with clean water, then run a mild neutralizer if required, followed by a water rinse. Store dry and depressurized.
- More uniform film build on vertical surfaces, reducing rework and callbacks.
- Lower chemical consumption from controlled flow and reduced overspray.
- Faster coverage rates over large areas with fewer passes required.
- Improved dwell maintenance, leading to more complete contaminant release.
- Quicker changeover between chemistries with simplified rinse-out.
Factory-direct from Pampa, TX means fewer layers and no distributor markup. You get equipment tuned by formulators who understand how cleaners, removers, and impregnators actually behave on substrate. Materials and flow are specified around chemical performance, not catalog shortcuts. We assemble, test, and brand in-house, so your private-label sprayer and contractor kit land consistent, documented, and ready to work. It’s the straightest path from spec to site.
