- 03Multi-site chains standardizing chemistry
High-impact color foam that sells the wash and keeps the line moving.
You need a foam curtain that shows value from the driveway, not a weak stream that disappears before the first brush. Inconsistent color, thin body, and scents that don’t carry through the tunnel burn customer confidence and chemical budgets. Hard water and reclaim systems complicate it further - either you overdose to get the look or you settle for bland foam and slower lines.
FoamWall Color Foam Soap was formulated to deliver vivid, stable show foam while staying easy on equipment and rinse cycles. A high-dye load and optimized surfactant blend build a bright, cohesive wall with light cleaning support and fast break on rinse. Balanced viscosity draws cleanly through injectors and foamers, producing dense foam with air assist at a wide range of tip sizes. It holds color and scent at efficient dilutions, even with hard water or reclaim in play.
Made in Pampa, Texas in our 30,000 sq ft facility, FoamWall runs under the same QC that supports four decades of formulation work. We supply it bulk or white‑label with your brand, colors, and scent strategy - without the distributor markup. Standard 5 gal pails and 55 gal drums keep logistics simple, and our contract manufacturing can tune draw rates, viscosity, or fragrance to match your arches, seasons, and margins.
- High-dye load delivers vivid color at efficient draw rates.
- Dense, stable foam body with fast, clean rinse off.
- Balanced viscosity for reliable injector and foamer pickup.
- Anionic/nonionic blend performs in hard water and reclaim.
- Fragrance system maintains tunnel carry without residue.
- Built for tunnel and in-bay gear across common tip sizes.
Tunnel tri-foam arch or foam curtain: Start at 1:128 (1 oz product per 1 gal water) with air injection to build body. For maximum visual impact, increase concentration toward 1:64. For economy programs or reclaim-heavy sites, run as lean as 1:256 if color remains acceptable.
In-bay automatic foamers: Begin 1:96-1:128. Adjust air and tip size to achieve a uniform sheet without large bubbles. Use ambient or cold water; heated makeup water up to 100-120°F can improve draw stability in winter.
Application and dwell: Apply before friction. Target 15-30 seconds dwell before brush contact or high-pressure rinse. Do not allow to dry on surface. Rinse with high pressure and soft water where available to speed break and runoff.
Operator notes: Balance each color bank for matched intensity. Verify color carry on white test panels during setup. Recheck settings seasonally when water temperature and reclaim conditions change.
- Target color at 0.5-1.5 oz per vehicle under typical tunnel settings.
- 15-30 second cling time without excessive runoff before friction.
- Clean break in one high-pressure pass at 1000-1200 psi.
- Stable foam and color at 1:64-1:256 dilution ranges.
- Consistent draw in hard water up to 25 gpg, reclaim compatible.
Factory-direct means your chemical budget funds performance, not layers of markup. We formulate and blend in Pampa, TX, so you get tuned surfactant systems, dye load, and viscosity control built for real tunnel and in‑bay conditions. No repackaged commodity soap - just consistent batches, fast documentation, and private‑label options that match your arches and margins. When you need adjustments, you’re talking to the people who make it, not a catalog.
