General: Pre-rinse heavy soil. Apply FoamShield from bottom up for full coverage. Do not allow product to dry on the surface. Rinse thoroughly.
Tunnel & in-bay: Set injector or hydrominder to 300:1-600:1 for normal conditions; tighten to 200:1-400:1 in hard water or heavier soil. For brush/mit lube lines, 400:1-800:1. Target 30-90 seconds dwell. Use 40-120°F feed water. Avoid applying to panels hotter than 120°F; cool with water first.
Foam cannon & bucket: Pre-mix FoamShield 1:10 in the cannon reservoir and adjust pickup to yield roughly 1:128-1:256 on the vehicle. For bucket hand wash, use 0.5-1.0 oz per gallon of water (1:256-1:128). Agitate for suds, wash top-down, and rinse with 1,200-1,800 psi water.
