    • 03Municipal and fleet self-serve facilities

Dense, colored foam with real lubricity - built for self-serve brush bays that need show and speed.

Self-serve bays live or die by show and feel. If foam is thin, colors fade, or scent is weak, customers notice and spend less time on the brush. Hard water kills body. Poor lubricity makes brushes drag and risks micro-marring. Operators get stuck chasing draw rates across seasons, fighting clogs, and rinsing longer than they should. Chemical cost is only part of it - throughput and bay uptime matter more.

SaraWest FoamBrush solves the self-serve equation with a high-foaming, high-lubricity surfactant system calibrated for air-injection brush manifolds. It builds rich, stable foam that clings long enough to loosen dust and light film, yet breaks fast under pressure for a clean rinse. Sequestrants manage hard water, and stable dyes/fragrances keep color and scent consistent across temperature swings. Viscosity is tuned for proportioners, so you hit predictable draw without chasing needle valves all day.

Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, this is made-to-order chemistry backed by ~40 years of formulation work. We white-label at scale - your color, your fragrance, your label - matched to your equipment, water, and target draw. Available in 5 gal pails and 55 gal drums, with contract manufacturing options for regional programs and national house brands.

    • High-lubricity foam reduces brush drag while protecting clear coats during agitation.
    • Hard-water tolerant blend holds body and color without overspending on draw.
    • Fast-breaking under pressure for quick, spot-free rinses and shorter bay cycles.
    • Stable dyes and fragrances deliver consistent show across seasonal temperature swings.
    • Proportioner-friendly viscosity delivers predictable, repeatable draw in self-serve manifolds.

Setup and dilution: Feed through your proportioner or hydrominder to the foam brush manifold. Start at 1 oz per gallon (128:1). Adjust between 0.5-2.0 oz/gal based on water hardness, desired show, and temperature. Flush lines if switching from a different chemistry.

Application: Charge the brush head with foam, then apply from the top down. Use the brush to lightly agitate surfaces, allowing 30-90 seconds of cling. Do not allow product to dry on the surface. In hot weather (>90°F), shorten dwell and keep panels wet.

Rinse: Follow with a high-pressure rinse (1,000-1,500 psi) from the top down. For best results, finish with spot-free water if available.

Temperature: Operates in 40-120°F feed water. Warmer water increases foam and dissolves road film faster. For unheated rooms in winter, protect lines and chemical from freezing; ask about cold‑weather program options if needed.

    • Achieves dense, colored foam at 0.5-1.5 oz/gal draw rates
    • Maintains visible cling for 45-90 seconds before rinse
    • Rinses clean in under 30 seconds at 1,000-1,500 psi
    • Reduces brush drag versus water-only passes by a noticeable margin
    • Supports faster bay cycles without increasing chemical cost per vehicle

Distributors add margin and push one-size-fits-all soaps. We build to your bays. Buying factory-direct from Pampa, Texas means tighter control over draw targets, color/scent, and hard‑water performance, without paying for a layer you don’t need. Our chemists tune foam body, lubricity, and break for your equipment and climate, then fill in pails or drums under your brand. It’s formulation depth plus predictable supply, not a relabeled commodity.
