High-cling foam that cuts road film and greasy soils fast.

Operators don’t lose time to dirt, they lose it to road film. Diesel soot, winter brine, protein bugs, and greasy fallout lock onto painted and aluminum surfaces. Standard shampoos sheet off the minute they hit a vertical panel, forcing brush passes, hot-water crutches, and long rinse times. Hard water doesn’t help. You need foam that stays put, breaks the bond, and rinses clean without masking residue.

FleetFoam Heavy Duty Wash is built for that job. A high-alkaline surfactant system with solvent boosters, chelation, and foam stabilizers delivers dense, persistent foam that clings 2-4 minutes. It penetrates petroleum soils and film fast, then releases on rinse to leave a true, residue-free surface - no gloss agents to hide what’s left behind. Tuned to perform in cold or hot water and compatible with foam cannons, downstreamers, tunnels, and pressure washers, it reduces mechanical agitation and shortens bay time.

Formulated and batch-tested in our 30,000 sq ft Pampa, Texas facility, FleetFoam reflects nearly 40 years of heavy-soil chemistry. We white-label and contract manufacture to your specification - color, scent, detergency profile, and packaging from 5 gal pails to 275 gal totes. Your label, our process control. Consistent lots, tight lead times, and factory-direct support.

    • High-alkaline system breaks petroleum film without relying on harsh solvents.
    • Dense, stable foam clings 2-4 minutes for longer contact on vertical panels.
    • Chelated for hard water performance, minimizing spotting and scale deposits.
    • Rinses clean with no gloss fillers, revealing true surface cleanliness.
    • Works across foam cannons, tunnels, and pressure-wash rigs with predictable results.
    • Factory-direct private label with QC-tested batches and repeatable performance.

Foam Cannon or Foamer: Dilute concentrate to 1-2 oz/gal in the reservoir. Apply bottom-up for full coverage. Allow 2-5 minutes dwell. Do not let dry. Rinse high pressure, 1,200-2,500 psi.

Downstream Injector: Start at 1:100-1:150 (concentrate:water at the surface). Increase strength for heavy winter film. Apply evenly, dwell 2-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Touchless Pre-Soak Stage: Use 1:40-1:80 depending on soil load and water hardness. Follow with high-pressure rinse. For two-step programs, run FleetFoam as the alkaline stage after an appropriate acidic pass.

Temperature and Surface Guidance: Works in cold water; hot water 100-140°F improves speed. Keep panels cool to the touch. Do not allow product to dry on glass, polished aluminum, or anodized trim. Always test a small area and adjust dilution to finish and soil.

    • Reduces brush passes by 30-50% versus standard shampoos at equal coverage.
    • Foam cling time of 2-4 minutes on vertical panels at 1-2 oz/gal.
    • Rinse time cut by 15-25% due to rapid soil release and sheeting.
    • Effective performance in hard water up to 20 gpg with minimal spotting.
    • Consistent pH 10.5-11.5 in-use supports rapid petroleum soil break.

Distributors stack margins on commodity soap and still underperform on road film. We formulate and fill at the source in Pampa, Texas, so you get heavier-duty chemistry without middle layers. Our team tunes alkalinity, solvent load, chelation, and foam stability for real fleet soils, then QC every batch for repeatability. Factory-direct means tighter control, predictable lead times, and private-label options that actually match your route, tunnel, or yard workflow.
