Turn dull, oxidized aluminum bright without streaks, bloom, or wasted labor.
Oxidized aluminum fights back. Road film, soot, and chalk rob trailers, tanks, and facades of their sheen. Crews end up double-soaping, brushing, and still chasing streaks or white bloom - especially on vertical panels and in hard water. When time-on-surface goes up, margins go down, and customers notice inconsistent results.
Aluminum Bright Wash is our answer: a balanced acid–surfactant system that breaks oxide and traffic film fast, then rinses clean without haze. Controlled foam clings to vertical metal; sequestrants handle minerals so you don’t trade oxidation for spotting. It works across common wash temps and equipment - pump sprayers, foamers, two-step rigs, and tunnels - so operators get predictable brightening in a single pass on bare aluminum.
Built and batch-controlled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, this concentrate reflects nearly four decades of formulation work. We supply it factory-direct, or put your brand on it with our private-label program - custom strength, color, and packaging, plus compliant documentation and consistent supply. You get dependable chemistry behind your label and fewer layers taking a cut.
- Balanced acid–surfactant package brightens aluminum without streaking or white bloom.
- Controlled foaming clings to vertical panels and rinses fast in tunnels.
- Sequestrants fight hard-water minerals to minimize rinse spots and rework.
- Performs consistently from 40°F to 120°F across mobile and fixed systems.
- Built for bare aluminum; clear guidance reduces substrate risk and call-backs.
Preparation: Work on cool surfaces out of direct sun. Do not apply to hot panels above 120°F. Pre-rinse loose soil.
Dilution: For heavy oxidation, mix 1:4 (1 part product to 4 parts water). For moderate road film, 1:6–1:8. For light film, up to 1:10. Use low-pressure sprayer or foamer.
Application: Apply bottom-up to control streaking. Keep the surface wet and allow 2–5 minutes of dwell time. Agitate with a soft brush on stubborn oxide if needed. Do not allow product to dry on the surface.
Rinse: High-pressure rinse bottom-up, then top-down until runoff is clear. For two-step processes, follow with your alkaline soap to neutralize residues and lift remaining soils. Avoid contact with glass, anodized or polished aluminum, painted/coated metals, natural stone, and sensitive alloys. Always test a small area first. Wear appropriate PPE and control overspray.
- Removes visible road film in one pass at 1:8 on moderate soil.
- Cuts wash time per 53 ft trailer by 5–10 minutes versus neutral soaps.
- Uniform brightening achieved with a 2–5 minute dwell on vertical panels.
- Reduces manual brushing by 50–100 sq ft per tech-hour on facades.
- Consistent cleaning from 40–120°F, lowering rework across seasons.
Buying through stacked distributors adds margin and mystery. Factory-direct from Pampa, Texas, you get a purpose-built aluminum brightener, not a rebadged commodity. We engineer the acid balance, surfactants, and sequestrants for fast break, clean rinse, and repeatable results. You gain tighter quality control, batch documentation, and predictable lead times - plus private-label options without third-party markups. It’s better chemistry, closer to the source.
