One concentrate that handles engines to interiors - while cutting SKUs and labor.
Operators don’t need another shelf full of single‑purpose cleaners. They need fewer chemicals that actually work across the bay: door jambs, plastics, rubber mats, engines, tires, and shop surfaces. Too many SKUs slows training, burns space, and creates inconsistent results. Harsh degreasers haze plastics, film up glass, and fight rinse water - costing time and rework.
ProClean APC Concentrate solves the sprawl with an alkaline surfactant system tuned for automotive soils - petroleum, road film, protein, and shop grime. Solvent boosters break heavy grease; chelants manage hard water; controlled foam supports spray bottles, pump sprayers, foamers, and tunnel arches without bogging reclaim. It’s free‑rinsing, leaves minimal residue, and is surface‑safe on painted finishes, plastics, and rubber when properly diluted. One drum supports light interior wipe‑downs to engine bay cut‑through by changing dilution, not chemistry.
Built in Pampa, Texas, at our 30,000 sq ft facility, ProClean APC carries ~40 years of formulation discipline - batch‑tracked, repeatable, and ready for scale. We private‑label for operators who want their brand on a proven formula, with configurable color, scent, and packaging from gallons to drums. Keep the chemistry simple, put your name on it, and ship it with confidence from Texas.
- Alkaline surfactant and solvent blend attacks petroleum and organic soils fast
- Controlled-foam profile for spray, foamer, and tunnel dosing, no clingy residue
- Chelated for hard water; rinses clean to reduce spotting and wipe marks
- Surface-safe on plastics, rubber, and painted finishes when properly diluted
- One concentrate replaces multiple SKUs, simplifying training and inventory
- Factory-direct consistency with batch traceability and tight QC
Work on cool surfaces below 120°F. Do not allow product to dry on the surface. Test in an inconspicuous area.
Heavy grease, engines, tires, wheel wells: Dilute 1:4 to 1:10. Spray evenly, allow 1-3 minutes of dwell, agitate as needed, then rinse with high-pressure water.
Door jambs, plastics, rubber mats, vinyl: Dilute 1:15 to 1:30. Spray or apply to a towel or brush, agitate lightly, then wipe or rinse. Follow with a damp microfiber on interiors.
Shop floors, tools, pressure-wash pre-soak: Dilute 1:10 to 1:20. Apply, brush, allow brief dwell, then rinse thoroughly.
Interior touchpoints and screens: Dilute 1:30 to 1:50. Apply to a towel, not directly to surfaces. Wipe and follow with a dry cloth. Avoid unfinished leather and polished aluminum; if contact occurs, rinse or neutralize promptly.
- Consolidates 3-5 products into one concentrate across bay and shop
- Up to 1,155 ready-to-use gallons from a 55 gal drum at 1:20
- Cuts prep and detail time by 20-30% on typical vehicles
- Reduces second-pass cleaning by up to 25% on heavy soils
- Fewer water spots and film, lowering wipe-down time by 15-25%
Buying factory-direct removes distributor layers and the mystery behind what’s in the drum. With SaraWest you get formulation depth, not filler - an alkaline, chelated system built for real soils, with the consistency of batch-tracked production. It’s blended and filled in Pampa, Texas, so lead times are tight and freight is efficient. We put your brand on the label or ship plain, and you keep the margin that middlemen capture.
