Upholstery clean that actually sticks - lifts soils fast, leaves nothing behind.

Interiors tell on you. Coffee, protein spills, road grit, and salt grind into carpets and seats. Techs fight foamy cleaners that won’t rinse, sticky residues that re-soil by day two, and odors that come back once the cover scent fades. Extractors bog down, dry times drag, and rework kills bay throughput.

FabricLift is built to fix that. Our solvent-assisted surfactant package breaks the bond between fabric fibers and oily, particulate soils, while low-foam builders keep extraction fast and clear. An odor-neutralizing component targets organics so you remove smells instead of masking them. The concentrate runs economical across use cases - spray-and-agitate, bonnet, or hot-water extraction - rinsing clean without brightener haze or film. Safe on most automotive fabrics and carpets when used as directed.

Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft Pampa, Texas plant, FabricLift reflects nearly 40 years of interior chemistry. We control the batch, the fill, and the QC so your team gets repeatable results whether you buy jugs, pails, or drums. Need it under your brand? We private-label with your spec, artwork, and SDS, so you can supply your customers a dependable upholstery cleaner with your name on it.

    • Low-foam system extracts fast and clear without repeated rinse cycles.
    • Residue-free finish resists re-soiling and keeps fabrics looking clean longer.
    • Odor-neutralizing chemistry targets organics instead of masking with fragrance.
    • High dilution economy supports pre-spray, spot, and extractor applications.
    • Non-caustic, fabric-safe detergency for most automotive carpets and seats.
    • Stable performance in cold bay starts and warm-water extractor operations.

For pre-spray and agitation: Vacuum loose debris. Dilute 1:4 for heavy soil, 1:10 for moderate soil, or 1:20 for maintenance cleaning. Apply evenly to carpets, mats, and cloth seats. Allow 3-5 minutes dwell; do not let dry. Agitate with a upholstery brush, then blot and rinse with clean water. Extract or towel dry.

For hot-water extraction: Pre-vacuum. Pre-treat spots at 1:4. Mix the solution tank at 1:20-1:32 depending on soil load. Run warm water for best results (100-120°F). Make slow overlapping passes; follow with a clear-water rinse pass. Avoid over-wetting, especially on foam-backed seats and adhesive-bound carpet tiles.

General guidance: Always test colorfastness in a hidden area. Avoid leather, suede, and non-colorfast natural fibers. Increase airflow with fans to speed dry; interiors typically dry within 1-2 hours under normal shop conditions.

    • Cuts extractor rinse passes by 20-30% due to controlled foam and clean release.
    • Reduces chemical cost per vehicle up to 35% at 1:20 dilution.
    • Shortens interior bay cycle time by 5-10 minutes on average vehicles.
    • Neutralizes common food and beverage odors within a single service cycle.
    • Lowers rework rates on fabric stains by roughly one-third.

Distributors add layers of margin and guesswork. We formulate, blend, and fill FabricLift in Pampa, Texas, then ship direct. That means you buy proven upholstery chemistry without markup bloat, and you get the technical depth behind it - consistent batches, smart dilution ranges, and clean rinse performance. With private-label options and scalable pack sizes, you standardize interiors across sites and keep supply steady from the source that makes it.
