Clings to vertical shadows so your rinse actually finishes the job.

You cleared the paint but the ghost won’t quit. On porous brick and concrete, dye fragments sink into micro-pores and keep showing through. Liquids run down the wall before they bite, so techs re-apply, re-rinse, and waste hours fighting gravity, heat, and runoff. Repeat passes drive water use, scaffold time, and call-backs - especially on high-traffic corridors and historic masonry you can’t blast.

Graffiti Shadow Gel is built to stay put. A thixotropic solvent-surfactant system holds to vertical surfaces, extending dwell 3–5x over liquids without slumping. It wicks into capillaries where shadows live, softening embedded dyes so your rinse carries them out. Balanced strength to respect mineral substrates, with wetting agents that limit streaking and reduce chemical waste. Brush or roll it on, let it work, then rinse with hot water or low-pressure wash. Fewer passes. Cleaner reveals.

Formulated and filled in Pampa, Texas in our 30,000 sq ft plant with four decades of problem-surface chemistry behind it. Consistent batches, lot-traceable components, and private-label options tuned to your market. Put your brand on the pails, keep your margin, and ship a gel that operators will ask for by name.

    • Thick, thixotropic gel clings to vertical masonry for extended dwell time.
    • Penetrates micro-pores to lift embedded dye shadows other removers miss.
    • Balanced solvent system designed for mineral substrates; reduces etching risk.
    • Lower runoff means less chemical waste and cleaner work zones.
    • Hot-water rinse compatible to accelerate shadow release and cleanup.

Ready to use. Test a small, inconspicuous area first.

Preparation: Dry surface. Brush off loose soil. Mask adjacent coatings and sensitive metals. Work in shade where possible.

Application: Apply a uniform gel layer by brush or roller, about 1/16–1/8 inch thick. Do not dilute. Allow 10–45 minutes dwell depending on substrate porosity, temperature, and severity of shadowing. Keep gel active; if edges dry, re-wet with a light additional coat. For stubborn ghosts, extend dwell up to 60 minutes and agitate with a stiff nylon brush.

Rinse: Rinse with low to moderate pressure water. Hot water (120–180°F) improves release. Use lowest effective pressure on soft stone and historic substrates. Repeat apply/rinse cycle as needed.

Temperature: Apply between 45–95°F surface temperature. In hot, dry, or windy conditions, shorten dwell and manage sections to prevent drying.

    • Dwell time extended 3–5x on vertical masonry versus liquid removers.
    • 80–95% shadow reduction in one cycle on typical porous brick or block.
    • 25–40% less chemical consumption due to reduced runoff and rework.
    • 30–50% fewer labor minutes per 100 sq ft on repeat-tag areas.
    • Lower rinse volumes compared to multiple liquid passes on the same area.

Factory-direct means your margin isn’t feeding a distributor stack. You get formulation depth from a team that’s solved problem surfaces for decades, not a relabeled commodity. We build Graffiti Shadow Gel in Pampa, Texas, control raw inputs, and hold tight specs so every pail performs. Private-label is turnkey - your label, your documentation, and batch consistency that protects your brand. One source, fewer variables, better economics.
