Cut adhesive time, not corners. Rapid-release for labels, tape, and carpet glue.

Scraping labels and carpet glue chews hours, blades, and patience. Operators fight gummy residues that smear, clog tools, and scar substrates. Odor complaints shut work down. Every minute spent wrestling tape lines or one-component glue is a minute you’re not turning the job or reopening the floor, line, or unit.

Adhesive Release is a balanced solvency system tuned for pressure‑sensitive, rubber, and acrylic residues. It wets fast, clings on verticals, and breaks bonds so adhesive lifts in passes - not battles. Non‑chlorinated, low‑odor, and water‑rinseable, it leaves hard, non‑porous surfaces ready for repaint or re‑bond without oily film. Safe on metals, glass, and cured industrial coatings; always test plastics, elastomers, and delicate finishes before broad use.

Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft plant in Pampa, Texas, backed by four decades of formulation work. Private‑label ready with consistent batch control and tight QC. Available in 34 oz, 1.3 gal, and 5 gal fills with your label and spec - so your brand owns the win while we handle the chemistry.

    • Fast solvency with controlled evaporation to reduce smear and rework.
    • Clings to verticals and edges, minimizing run-off and wasted product.
    • Water-rinseable finish leaves surfaces ready for repaint or re-bonding.
    • Low-odor, non-chlorinated formula suited for occupied facilities.
    • Engineered for PSAs, rubber, acrylic, and one-component glue residues.
    • Compatible with metals, glass, cured coatings; test plastics before use.

Preparation: Protect adjacent sensitive plastics, raw rubber, and uncured coatings. Ensure good ventilation. Wear appropriate PPE.

Application: Use undiluted for heavy residues. Apply by trigger sprayer, pump sprayer, squeeze bottle, or solvent-resistant wipe. For light label or tape residue on durable surfaces, product can be cut up to 1:1 with water to reduce strength.

Dwell: Allow 1–3 minutes for label and tape residues; 5–10 minutes for carpet adhesive. Do not allow to fully dry - reapply if needed to keep surface wet. Agitate with a scraper, pad, or brush to lift softened adhesive.

Removal: Wipe or scrape away loosened residue. Rinse or wash with detergent and water to remove remaining film. Repeat on stubborn spots as needed.

Temperature: Works from 50–90°F. Performance improves at warmer temperatures; avoid hot surfaces that accelerate evaporation.

Compatibility: Safe on metals, glass, ceramic, concrete, and most cured industrial coatings. Always spot test on plastics, rubber, VCT, and delicate finishes before full application. Do not mix with oxidizers or bleach.

    • Label and tape residues release after 1–3 minute dwell on non-porous surfaces.
    • Carpet adhesive softens for blade removal within 5–10 minutes of contact.
    • Residue wipes clean in 1–2 passes after rinse, minimizing follow-up solvent use.
    • Reduced substrate gouging and blade wear versus dry scraping methods.
    • Surfaces rinse to a paintable state without persistent oily films.

You’re paying for chemistry, not distribution layers. Factory-direct from Pampa, TX means tighter specs, faster iteration, and fewer hands between blend tank and your dock. We formulate for outcomes - solvency balance, evaporation rate, residue control - then lock it down with consistent batch QC. No generic relabel. No guessing what’s in the drum. Just predictable performance, private-labeled to your standard, without distributor markup or delays.
