Finish the job: pull stubborn dye shadows from brick, block, and stone.

You already broke down the paint. What’s left is the ghost - deep dye shadows bleeding through porous brick and concrete. Extra solvent passes only smear color, and turning up pressure chews mortar, not pigment. Crews lose hours chasing faint outlines that won’t rinse clear, and property owners notice the halo every time.

Graffiti Shadow Pro is the alkaline finisher that closes the case. Our blend penetrates capillaries in masonry, loosening residual pigments and dyes that survived your primary remover. It’s non-bleach, non-acid, free-rinsing, and engineered to pair with hot-water rinsing so you can work at lower pressure and shorter dwell. Controlled alkalinity, solvent assist, and wetting agents keep the film active on vertical surfaces without burning the substrate.

Formulated and filled in our 30,000 sq ft facility in Pampa, Texas, every batch is QC-checked for pH, viscosity, and performance. We build it, label it with your brand, and ship it in contractor-ready packs or bulk. Put Graffiti Shadow Pro into your spec, private-label it across your line, and give your crews a reliable final pass that makes callbacks disappear.

    • Targets residual dyes in porous capillaries for true shadow lift, not smear.
    • Alkaline, non-bleach system compatible with hot-water rinse to cut dwell.
    • Free-rinsing formula reduces pressure needs, protecting brick and mortar joints.
    • Designed as a post-removal finisher to minimize total cycles and labor.
    • QC-verified in Texas for consistent pH, activity, and batch-to-batch performance.

Use after primary graffiti removal when a color shadow remains.

    1) Surface prep: Rinse away loose residue from the initial removal step. Pre-wet adjacent sensitive surfaces. Test a small, inconspicuous area.

    2) Dilution: Apply undiluted for heavy dye shadows. For moderate residue, dilute 1:1 to 1:4 with water. Start milder and step up as needed.

    3) Application: Apply by low-pressure sprayer from bottom up until uniformly wet. Do not allow to dry. Maintain a wet film for 5–15 minutes depending on temperature and porosity.

    4) Agitation: Work the surface with a stiff nylon brush to drive chemistry into pores.

    5) Rinse: Hot-water pressure rinse is preferred. 140–180°F at 800–1500 psi on brick/stone, using a fan tip and safe stand-off distance. Avoid excessive pressure that can erode mortar or spall concrete. Repeat if needed.

    6) Finalize: Thoroughly rinse to remove alkalinity. On sensitive stone or if pH control is required, follow with a light acid neutralizer per manufacturer guidance, then rinse again.

Temperature guidance: Effective from 40–95°F. In cold conditions extend dwell or use heated water. In direct sun or wind, re-wet to prevent drying.

Compatibility notes: For porous masonry including common brick, block, unsealed concrete, and many natural stones. Avoid polished limestone, marble, glazed tile, and delicate architectural metals. Always test before broad application.

    • Up to 90% shadow reduction after the first pass on common brick.
    • Full removal typically in 1–3 cycles on most porous masonry.
    • 20–40% faster incident closeout versus solvent-only follow-up.
    • Effective rinsing at ≤1500 psi on brick without mortar damage.
    • Hot-water use shortens dwell time by approximately 30–50%.
