Custom manufacturing minimums: 1,000 units for bottles and 1-gallon jugs; 200 units for 5-gallon pails; 15 units for 55-gallon drums. Other formats and specialist requirements are confirmed in your quote. Custom labels are purchased separately in batches of 5,000, including front and back. We store unused labels for future production at no charge, with no time limit.
Production and label purchasing explainedSubmit production requirementsCatalog formulations are starting formulas, not stocked samples. Evaluation samples require project review and paid development. Available SaraWest storefront products remain separately purchasable.
Development fees cover formulation work, lab time, and evaluation sample preparation. They are charged per agreed project and are required before work begins. Scope, sample quantity, revisions, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and timing are confirmed in your written agreement.
No. Business purchasing is free with business approval. Builder Studio is optional paid software with a waitlist and selected access.
